10. Cognizance of offences.
- No Court shall take cognizance of any office punishable under this Act except on a report in writing of the facts constituting such offence made by such public servant as may be authorised by the [State] [This word was substituted for the word 'Provincial' by the Adaptation of Laws Order, 1950.] Government in this behalf.
