Section 56(1) in Cuttack Development Authority (Planning and Building Standards) Regulations, 2001
(1)Mezzanine floor may be permitted above any floor in all types of buildings up to an extent of one-third of the actual covered area of that floor. All mezzanine floors shall be counted towards FAR calculations, except the mezzanine floor over the ground floor.
