Section 35(2) in The Chhattisgarh Sah Chikitsa Parishad Act, 2001
(2)The following shall form a part of, or be paid into the fund of the Council :-(a)any contribution or grant by Central or State Government;(b)income of the Council from all sources including income from fees and fines;(c)trust, donations, endowment or other grants, if any;(d)all other sums received by the Council.
