Mr. I.D. Paliwal, learned counsel for the petitioner.
2. Mr. Narayan Dutt, learned Standing Counsel for the State.
3. By means of the writ petition, petitioner has sought the indulgence of this Court for a direction to the respondents to sanction 3rd ACP Grade Pay of Rs.6600 w.e.f. 19.10.2012 and further to grant Grade Pay of Rs.7600 w.e.f. 07.04.2016 as the effective date of Uttarakhand Audit Structure and Grade Pay Rs.5400 from the date of promotion of the employees those were junior to the petitioner and other ancillary reliefs.
4. Learned State Counsel prays for and is granted six weeks' time to file counter affidavit.
5. Thereafter, two weeks' time is granted to the petitioner to file rejoinder affidavit.
