(7)Where the original mortgage who is impleaded in a suit to which the provisions of sub-section (5)(b) apply claims on the mortgage sub-mortgaged by him a larger amount than is claimed in the plaint, the provisions of sub-section (4) shall apply mutatis mutandis to the written statement of such original mortgagee.
