Section 4(2)(ii) in The Assam Education (Provincialisation of Services of Teachers and Re-Organisation of Educational Institutions) Act, 2017

(ii)must have minimum educational and professional qualifications as laid down under different Acts, Rules and Regulations as mentioned under section 6 or any other relevant statutory provisions, as the case maybe;
