Section 2(i) in The Rajasthan Colonisation (Allotment of Government Land to Ghair Dakhilkar Tenant in Paintalisa Area) Conditions, 1970
(i)"Colonisation Commissioner" means the Colonisation Commissioner for Rajasthan and includes an officer appointed by the State Government to exercise the powers and to perform the functions of the Colonisation Commissioner;
