HON'BLE MR. JUSTICE BIRENDRA KUMAR Order 28/07/2022 Respondent No.9 Hitesh Sharma is informant of FIR No.292/2022 registered with Police Station Chitrakot, Jaipur (West) for the offences under Sections 420, 406 and 120-B of IPC.
Petitioners are accused in that case. After filing of the case other respondents also filed an application before the Police that they were also cheated by the petitioners. Compromise has been filed after reconciliation before the Lok Adalat. The respondents are present before the Court and supports the factum of compromise.

After settlement of dispute, continuance of criminal
proceedings would be an abuse of the process of law.
Hence the impugned FIR and all subsequent proceedings arising out of aforesaid FIR are hereby quashed and this petition is allowed.
