Section 70E(1) in Haryana Municipal Corporation Election Rules, 1994
(1)For securing the control unit of voting machine, the Presiding Officer shall affix his own signature on the paper seal and obtain thereon the signatures of such of the candidates, election agents and polling agents present as are desirous of affixing the same.
