FACTS:
3. The appellant filed RTI application seeking the names of the Scouts and Guides teachers Roshan Lal Shanti Devi Academy, Muradabad since the year of establishment till 2016-17 and the certified copies of the applications of students who enrolled for Scouts and Guides in the school. The appellant approached this Commission on the ground that there was neither CPIO's response nor FAA's decision after filing the first appeal.
Decision :
2. The appellant alleged that the Scouts and Guides camps which were organised by the school were not properly organised as the teachers were deputed in other activities and money was inappropriately charged from the students in name of organising such camps.
3. The Commission directs the respondent authority to consider this RTI application as complaint and provide action taken report on the complaint, within 30 days from date of receipt of this order. Disposed of.
