(1)Destruction of in-sanitary clothing of prisoners etc.- Where the Medical Officer considers that there are sanitary objections to the retention of the clothing of any prisoner, or where any prisoner on admission into prison is suffering from any infectious or contagious disease, the clothing shall, under the written order of the Medical Officer in Form : XXII, be burnt.
