Section 10(2)(a) in Dr. Babasaheb Ambedkar Open University Act, 1994

(a)For the purpose of sub-section (1), the Chancellor shall appoint a committee which shall consist of the following members, namely.-
(i)one member not connected with the University to be nominated in the manner prescribed by the Statutes by the Board of Management.
(ii)one member to be nominated in the manner prescribed by the Statutes by the Vice-Chancellor of all the Universities established by law in the State of Gujarat.
(iii)one member to be nominated by the Chancellor.
