Section 65(a) in Rajasthan District Board Account Rules
(a)All servants of the Board who are entrusted with the custody of cash or stores shall be required to furnish security. The amount of security to be furnished by each employee shall be determined by the Board according to the circumstances of each case. A servant of the Board required to furnish security may at his option deposit cash in lump sum or by monthly deductions from pay bill, deposit Government paper or execute a bond.
