Section 3(1) in Sikkim Urban and Regional Planning and Development Act, 1998
(1)As soon as may be, after the commencement of this Act, the Government shall, by notification in the Official Gazette, constitute and appoint for the purpose of carrying out the functions assigned to it under this Act, the Sikkim Urban and Regional Planning Board.
