Order 02/05/2023 Learned counsel for the respondents submits that in pursuance of the direction issued by this Court on 06.02.2023, the petitioner has participated in the Data Entry Skill Test and document verification, wherein she has been selected finally.
Learned counsel for the respondents also submits that the Staff Selection Commission shall forward the candidature of the petitioner to the User department (Post Code D 36- Auditor, Controller General of Defence Accounts).
Learned counsel for the respondent - Staff Selection Board shall apprise the Court about the date on which the respondent has sent the name of the petitioner to the User department on the next date of hearing.
Put up after four weeks.
