10. Appointment of Accounts Officer etc.
(1)The State Government shall appoint an officer of the State Accounts Service, not below the rank of a Group A (Junior Scale) Officer to be the Accounts Officer of the Authority.(2)The Accounts Officer shall report to the Commissioner and shall exercise such powers and perform such duties as may be prescribed.(3)The State Government shall provide such other officers and staff as may be necessary to the Authority. The conditions of service and the powers and duties of officers and staff of the Authority shall be such as may be determined by regulations.(4)The Administrative expenses, salary and allowances of the officers and staff of the Authority shall be defrayed out of the fund of the Authority.
