Section 9(1) in The Orissa Cattle and Poultry Feed (Regulation) Act, 1979
(1)A licensee desiring to renew the licence shall, before the date of expiry of the licence, make an application for renewal in duplicate to the licensing authority in Form 'C' together with the fees specified in Section 6.
