                                 Heard learned counsel for the parties
                                 Looking to the prayer involving herein and the
                           case is already covered by a judgment of this Court in
                           the case Ajit Kumar Barik Vs. State of Orissa and
                           others., reported in 2018 (II) OLR-10. This Court in
                           disposal of the writ petition directs the opposite party
                           no.1 with the involvement of opposite party no.3 to
                           consider the case of the petitioner treating the writ
                           petition as representation and take decision as
                           appropriate on the prayer of the petitioner but however
                           keeping in view the decision of this Court reported in
                           2018 (II) OLR-10. Decision as appropriate be taken as
                           expeditiously as possible, preferably within a period of
                           two months from the date of communication of the order
                           by the petitioner.
                                   It is the responsibility of the petitioner to serve a
                           copy of this order along with copy of the writ petition to
                           the competent authority within a period of ten days, as
                           undertaken.
                             As restrictions are continuing for Covid-19, petitioner
                           may utilize the soft copy of this order available in the
                           High Court's Website or print out thereof at par with
                           certified copies in the manner prescribed vide Court's
                           Notification No.4587 dated 25.3.2020.
