Section 73(1) in Rajasthan Public Procurement Rules, 2012
(1)Unless a written procurement contract and/or approval by another authority is/are required, a procurement contract in accordance with the terms and conditions of the successful submission enters into force when the notice of acceptance is despatched to the bidder concerned, provided that the notice is despatched while the submission is still in effect.
