(5)The Licensing Officer shall, on receipt of such application, scrutinize the application and may, if necessary, inspect or cause to be inspected any, shed provided for keeping animals or birds and to find out whether such Rule 6 Animals And Birds In Urban Areas (Control And Regulation) Rules, 1997 237 shed conforms to the specifications mentioned in the Domestic and Commercial Licences in Forms II and III.
