9. Constitution of market fund.
- All moneys received by a market committee shall be paid into a fund to be called "the Market Fund", and all expenditure incurred by a market committee under, or for the purpose of, this Act within the area subject to its authority shall be defrayed out of the said fund; any surplus remaining after such expenditure has been met shall be expended in such manner as may be prescribed.
