Section 6(1) in The Bidhan Chandra Krishi (Viswavidyalaya) Act, 1974.
(1)The University shall, subject to the provisions of this Act and the Statutes, be open to all persons provided that nothing in this section shall require the University to admit to any course of study any person who does not possess the prescribed academic standards.
