Section 1 in Rajasthan Refuse (Conversion into Manure) Act, 1951
1. Short title, extent and commencement.
(1)This Act may be called the Rajasthan Refuse (Conversion into Manure) Act, 1951.(2)[It extends to the whole of the State of Rajasthan] [Substituted by Rajasthan 27 of 1957.].(3)It shall apply to such municipalities as the [State Government] [Substituted by Rajasthan 27 of 1957.] may, from time to time by notification in the [Official Gazette] [Substituted by Rajasthan 27 of 1957.] specify.(4)It shall come into force at once.
