395. Miscellaneous.
- The Inspecting officer should also see, at the time of his inspection, whether the Office Qanungo does any work not provided for in the rules and whether it is so heavy as to interfere with his regular duties and whether any unauthorised agents are employed by the Office Qanungo or his assistants to assist them in the disposal of their work. If the staff in the Office Qanungo's office is overworked, what relief is possible and how; and if it is under-worked, what reduction in the staff is necessary.
