120. Board to be guided by order or instructions of State Government.
- In the execution of the duties imposed on the Board by this Act, the Board shall be guided by such orders or instructions as they may from time to time receive from the [State Government] [Words substituted by the Government of India (Adaptation of Indian Laws) Order, 1937, and the Adaptation of Laws Order, 1950, respectively.].
