9. Acknowledgement of complaint
After the complaint is registered, the Registrar or any other officer empowered in this behalf by the Secretary shall send to the complainant an acknowledgement of the complaint in Form 'C', prescribed in the Schedule informing him that his complaint is registered and giving him the number of the complaint.
