Section 96(c) in The Rajasthan District Boards Act, 1954
(c)the establishment, management, maintenance and visiting of hospitals, dispensaries, aushadhalayas, maternity centres, poor houses, asylums, orphanages, veterinary hospitals, staging houses, inspection houses, public parks and gardens and other public institutions established, managed and maintained from out of the District Fund and the construction and repair of all buildings connected with these institutions;
