Section 5(2)(ii) in The Bihar Forest Produce (Regulation of Trade) Act, 1984

(ii)any person may transport the specified forest produce not exceeding the quantity as may be prescribed, from the place of purchase of such produce to the place where such produce is required for bona fide use or for consumption;
