Section 35(1) in Tamil Nadu Music and Fine Arts University Act, 2013
(1)The University shall, subject to the provisions of this Act and the statutes, be open to all persons:Provided that special efforts shall be taken to encourage the oppressed classes, namely, Backward Communities, Most Backward Communities, Denotified Communities, Scheduled Castes and Scheduled Tribes.
