Section 5(1) in Goa Co-operative Societies Rules, 2003
(1)On receipt of an application under rule 4 and after scrutinising and ensuring that it is correct in all respects, the Registrar shall enter particulars of the application in the register of applications to be maintained in Form 'B', give a serial number to the application and issue a receipt in acknowledgement thereof.
