Section 244(1) in The Tamil Nadu Building and other Construction Workers (Regulation of Employment and Conditions of Service) Rules, 2006
(1)In every place wherein not less than two hundred and fifty building workers are ordinarily employed, the employer of such building workers shall provide an adequate canteen in the manner as specified in this rule of the use of such building workers.
