Section 72(1)(b) in Jharkhand Co-operative Societies Rules, 2008

(b)The society concerned shall send a copy of such notice together with a copy of the document containing the compromise or arrangement, to each creditor and other than a creditor on whom the compromise or arrangement, if sanctioned, would be binding under sub-section (2) and (3) of section 24-A.
