1. Short title, extent, commencement and application.- (1) This Act may be called
The National Capital Territory of Delhi (Incredible India) Bed and BreakfastEstablishments (Registration and Regulation) Act, 2007.(2)It extends to the whole of the National Capital Territory of Delhi.(3)It shall come into force at once.(4)It shall not apply to other types of transient accommodation such as hotels, motels,guest-houses, boarding, lodging houses, etc.
