Section 10(iii) in The Haryana Khadi and Village Industries Board Contributory Provident Fund Regulations, 1975
(iii)Should a subscriber elect to subscribe during leave, his leave salary shall, for the purpose of this regulation, be deemed to be emoluments drawn on duty unless otherwise directed by the competent authority.
