(2)The Tribunal shall have such jurisdiction and may exercise such of the powers under Sections 340, 342, 344, 345, 346, 348, 349 and 350 of the Code of Criminal Procedure, 1973 (No. 2 of 1974) as if may in its discretion deem necessary or expedient so to do.
