26.08.2025 Heard Mr. M. Dutta, learned counsel for the petitioner and Mr. D. Das, learned senior counsel assisted by Mr. R. Sarma, learned counsel for the respondent.
Mr. Das, learned senior counsel for the respondent submits that he has received instructions and he will place the same before the court by way of an affidavit and therefore, prays for 2 weeks time. The prayer is allowed.
