1. Reply to point no. 22, 23, 26,& 27 were refused citing reason that the said information is with Bldg. Deptt/Twon Planning deptt.
2. No reply has been received from Bldg Deptt/Town Planning deptt.
3. A reply dated 23/03/2009 was received stating,"Desired information is voluminous in nature and not clear"

Reminder by the Appellant was sent to SE (Bldg)HQ for supply of information. But no reply has been received from EE (Bldg) HQ. Relevant facts emerging during Hearing:

The following were present:
Appellant: Sh. Sachin Sapra Respondent: Mr. P.R.Meena APIO The appellant has received all the information. The information on points 22, 23.26 and 27 has been provided before the Commission. However the plans required at point 28 have not been provided.

Decision:

The Appeal is allowed.
The PIO will provide the plans required at point 28 to the appellant before 15 July 2009.
This decision is announced in open chamber. Notice of this decision be given free of cost to the parties. Any information in compliance with this order will be provided free of cost as per section 7(6) of RTI, Act, 2005.
