Since the subject matter of challenge in the captioned petition is identical to Special Civil Application No.16023 of 2016, order dated 10th November, 2016 passed in Special Civil Application No.16023 of 2016 has to follow in respect of the present petition also.
Registry shall verify the subject matter in accordance with the order dated 10th November, 2016 and place the matter immediately.
Since the relief is operating, it is required to be extended and is extended till the matter is placed as per the roaster before the appropriate bench.
