Section 38 in Arunachal Pradesh Nursing Council Act, 2011
38. Repeal and saving.
(1)The Assam Nurses, Nurse-Midwives and Health Visitors Registration Act, 1944, in so far as it applies in Arunachal Pradesh is hereby repealed.(2)Notwithstanding such repeal, anything done or any action taken under the Act so repealed shall be deemed to have been done or taken, under the provisions of this Act.
