Section 3(1) in Haryana Electricity Regulatory Commission (Officers and Employees Conditions of Service) Regulations, 1999
(1)In accordance with sub-section (2) of Section 8 of the Haryana Electricity Reform Act, 1997 (Act No. 10 of 1998) and in consultation with the State Government, the Commission has determined that the initial number, nature and categories of the officers and employees required to assist the Commission in the discharge of its functions is as specified in Annexure 'A'.
