Section 2(1)(k) in U.P. Street Vendors (Protection of Livelihood and Regulation of Street Vending) Rules, 2017

(k)"Scheme" means the scheme framed by the State Government under section 38 of the Act;

(I)"Vending Charges" means the charges paid by a vendor from time to time who has been issued certificate of vending.
