Section 1 in Kerala Spinners, Alappuzha (Acquisition and Transfer of Undertaking) Act, 2010
1. Short title and commencement.
(1)This Act may be called the Kerala Spinners, Alappuzha (Acquisition and Transfer of Undertaking) Act, 2010.(2)It shall be deemed to have come into force on the 19th day of November, 2009.
