Section 276(2) in The West Bengal Motor Vehicles Rules, 1989
(2)If an escape funnel be fitted to any generator for using during the blowing of air through the generator, the mouth of the funnel shall be above the roof level of the vehicle measured externally. A suitable valve or flame trap shall be fitted to the air inlet of all types of generator to prevent danger from blow back.
