Section 96(1) in The Goa Medical Council Rules, 1995
(1)The list of registered practitioners printed and published under sub-section (1) of section 21 of the Act shall be in Form 13. The list shall be divided into different parts corresponding to the parts of the register. Every list to be published subsequent to the first list shall show the names of all persons entered in the list as on the 31st December preceding the year of such publication, and shall be published on or before a date to be decided by the Council.
