Section 169(2) in The Rajasthan District Boards Act, 1954
(2)Every officer appointed by the State Government in this behalf may, within the limit of his jurisdiction, exercise the powers conferred by sub-section (1) in respect of any matters affecting this department, and may inspect or cause to be inspected, the administration of a Board in respect of such matters.
