Section 7(4)(i) in Employees' State Insurance (Punjab Medical Benefit) Rules, 1953

(i)The terms of office of the members of the Allocation Committee referred to in sub-rule (1)(b) shall be three years commencing from the date on which their appointment is notified; provided that the members of the committee shall, notwithstanding the expiry of the said period, continue to hold office until appointment of their successors is notified.
