Section 9(1) in The Gujarat Cotton Seeds (Regulation of Supply, Distribution, Sale and Fixation of Sale Price) Act, 2008
(1)The State Government may, by notification published in the Official Gazette, appoint such person as it thinks fit to be Seeds Inspector and specify the areas within which he shall exercise his jurisdiction.
