Section 88(1) in Rules of the High Court of Judicature for Rajasthan, 1952
(1)When the transcript of the judgment or order prepared by the judgment writer has been filed with the paper-book or record of the case, the Bench Reader shall submit it to the Judge or Judges who delivered it. It shall then be signed or initialed by such Judge or Judges after such corrections as may be considered necessary. Thereafter, it shall be sealed with the seal of the Court by the Bench Reader.
