ORDER
When the matter was taken up for hearing on the last occasion i.e., on 12.01.2021, none appeared for the petitioner and therefore, the Registry was directed to list the matter on 25.01.2022, under the caption 'for dismissal'. Even today (i.e. 25.01.2022), no one appeared for the petitioner. It shows that the petitioner is not at all interested in prosecuting the case.
2.Accordingly, this writ petition stands dismissed for non-
prosecution. No costs. Consequently, connected Miscellaneous Petition is closed.
