Section 7(3) in Himachal Pradesh Specified Essential Commodities (Regulation of Distribution) Order, 2019
(3)The fair price shop holder shall supply, subject to its availability, specified essential commodities to a ration card holder as per scale and rates fixed by the Government from time to time. The fair price shop holder shall make correct and true entries at the appropriate space provided in the ration card to this effect.
